Tony Mangino is a TC2 Project Director with extensive experience in the procurement of today's market-leading MPLS and other IP corporate networks across both a U.S. and global footprint.

Tony leverages his detail-oriented expertise in all phases of the procurement process to obtain sizable cost reductions in projects for highly globalized, brand-name manufacturers and services companies. These projects typically feature MPLS service selection at their core, combined with accompanying Internet access, domestic and international voice, audioconferencing, data collaboration solutions, and high-capacity private lines. In these projects, Tony provides all critical functions to clients, including data collection, traffic cost modeling, benchmarking, RFP development, bid evaluation, and contract negotiation.

In particular, Tony has developed many of TC2's tactical and strategic insights into the shifting service platforms that major U.S.-based carriers employ for IP and MPLS services. These insights have produced many of TC2's key techniques for cost comparison, benchmarking, and modeling of current and future client data and multimedia application mixes to obtain the best service selection at optimal pricing. Tony's work is applied across a range of user-managed and carrier-managed WAN service platforms. Additionally, Tony has a deep background in telecommunications industry structure and billing platforms, which has assisted clients in significant surcharge, tax, and bill/contract reconciliation issues.

Tony holds a bachelor's degree from Allegheny College and an MA in Telecommunications Management from The George Washington University. Tony also holds the ITIL v3 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.
