His network sourcing experience includes global Internet network solutions, UC solutions, data center outsourcing, and SD-WAN. He leverages deep financial expertise to lead TC2’s most complex cost modeling and financial analyses, ensuring that clients achieve measurable outcomes aligned with their business objectives.

In combination with this experience, Brent has successfully expanded his negotiation and sourcing strategies beyond traditional IT services, applying them with great success to areas such as Expert Network procurement and managed print services. His ability to translate strategic sourcing principles across categories helps clients optimize spend and strengthen supplier relationships.

Brent provides comprehensive support across all phases of the sourcing process—from benchmarking and business case development to total cost of ownership (TCO) assessments and commercial terms negotiation. He specializes in developing and managing advanced scenario analysis models that accurately forecast financial impacts from various solution alternatives, enabling informed, data-driven decision-making.

Within TC2’s contract compliance and optimization practice, Brent leads numerous supplier assessments that have delivered millions of dollars in savings and credits to clients. Brent holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and an MBA, both from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
