Julie Gardner is a Director at TC2 based in Atlanta, Georgia with more than 30 years of experience spanning finance and telecom. She partners with clients through an ongoing lifecycle services model, delivering benchmarking, strategic guidance, and recurring billing and optimization reviews to identify cost savings and improve program performance.
In addition to lifecycle support, Julie leads and assists with RFPs and sourcing initiatives for network services, managed services, CCaaS, and UCaaS. Her work also includes benchmarking, compliance reviews, and strategy assessments to help organizations validate pricing, strengthen contractual compliance, and align services with operational needs. Julie has served as Program Manager for the implementation of a global CCaaS solution after leading the RFP process and contract negotiations.

As a leader in TC2’s Contract Compliance and Optimization practice, Julie helps clients save millions annually by identifying billing errors, missed credits, and cost-reduction opportunities that are often overlooked—even by TEM providers. Clients value her financial rigor, attention to detail, and ability to quickly understand complex contracting and billing structures.
Julie’s background includes audit at KPMG in Atlanta and IT management at Gateway Computer, where she managed telecommunications expense, contracts, and suppliers in a dynamic environment. During her time at Gateway, she led multiple rate reviews and global telecom RFPs and negotiated and recovered millions in billing irregularities. Julie graduated with honors from the J.M. Tull School of Accounting at the University of Georgia.
