Bryan Carriker is a Senior Consultant located in Raleigh, North Carolina, bringing over 25 years of expertise in the network and IT services sector. He has a proven track record of leading global teams that support Fortune 100 outsourcing contracts in both financial and healthcare services, managing portfolios exceeding $200 million annually. Bryan is recognized for his ability to combine extensive operational experience and industry best practices with exceptional relationship-building and leadership skills, consistently delivering value to clients and stakeholders. His deep knowledge enables him to align business objectives with operational execution, establish effective organizational structures, and develop governance frameworks that define engagement parameters. Bryan excels in both strategic and tactical roles, offering comprehensive support to clients in global Enterprise IT and Communications Services.

Prior to joining TC2, Bryan held pivotal leadership positions supporting Verizon’s largest commercial and global enterprise IT/Telecommunications outsourcing clients. He spearheaded major turnaround initiatives in commercial project delivery, regional governance, and relationship management. During his tenure, Bryan worked closely with clients in Singapore and various U.S. locations, applying his expertise in international organizational management and successfully designing and implementing complex solutions across more than 90 countries in North America, Latin America, EMEA, and Asia Pacific.

Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management of Information Systems from Appalachian State University, as well as a Master of Science in Management of Information Technology from the University of Virginia.
